WEST GERMANY SCHEURICH KERAMIK VASES
Vases with pure, organic and sometimes sculptural forms are the signature of West Germany vases produced from the mid-20th century to the late 1990s.
At the time, there were several ceramic factories in West Germany, each inspired by the artistic trends of the time.
Alois Scheurich co-founded « Scheurich und Greulich » (S&G) in 1927, a company specializing in ceramics and glassware. In 1954, he set up his own ceramics factory in Kleinheubach.
